VALDERRAMA, Antique—The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Antique Provincial Statistical Office presents the 2024 Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) preliminary results to the Municipal Local Government Unit of Valderrama on 10 July 2025.
LGU Valderrama officials, department heads, and representatives from different NGAs attended the presentation of the 2024 CBMS preliminary results.
Timoteo S. Ledesma, Labor and Employment Officer III and representative of Honorable Jocelyn L. Posadas, Municipal Mayor of Valderrama, welcomed the meeting attendees from the Local Government Unit (LGU) and National Government Agencies. Mr. Ledesma expressed the municipality’s anticipation of the CBMS data, which will be instrumental in local policy-making, planning, and investment programming initiatives.
EnP Jeffrey G. Conlu presents the preliminary results by SDG indicators derived from the CBMS data.
EnP Jeffrey G. Conlu, Senior Statistical Specialist and CBMS Provincial Focal Person, presented the preliminary results. EnP Conlu detailed the data presented and shared how each result can be a significant input in localizing the monitoring of the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) and local programs and projects.
EnP Federico D. Rivero III, Planning Officer II of the Municipal Planning and Development Office, emphasized the importance of the CBMS as a valuable tool for the LGU in developing effective plans that benefit target communities that require interventions the most.
PSA Antique will facilitate the presentation of preliminary results to each Local Government Unit (LGU) throughout July 2025.
