ANINI-Y, Antique—The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Antique Provincial Statistical Office presents the 2024 Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) preliminary results to the Municipal Local Government Unit of Anini-y on 21 July 2025.

LGU Anini-y officials, department heads, and representatives from different NGAs attended the presentation of the 2024 CBMS preliminary results.

Honorable Reynaldo B. Pollicar, Municipal Mayor of Anini-y, attended the event in the company of some Sangguniang Bayan officials and LGU department heads. The LGU officials and personnel expressed their anticipation of the CBMS results, as this would be their first CBMS implementation.

On behalf of Dr. Randy M. Tacogdoy, Chief Statistical Specialist of PSA Antique, EnP Jeffrey G. Conlu, Senior Statistical Specialist, extended the agency’s gratitude for the continued support and assistance provided by the Municipality of Anini-y to PSA since the commencement of the 2024 POPCEN-CBMS implementation.

EnP Jeffrey G. Conlu, presented the 2024 CBMS preliminary results of LGU Anini-y with valuable exchange of insights among the LGU attendees.

EnP Conlu presented the preliminary results and provided detailed data for the highlighted sectors per barangay. The CBMS results were presented based on indicators identified in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a focus on localizing monitoring at the municipal and barangay levels.

Engr. Henry G. Abier, Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator, emphasized that the CBMS results will serve as a pivotal input in local development planning, particularly in updating the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and the Comprehensive Development Plan, among others.
