LIBERTAD, Antique—The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Antique Provincial Statistical Office presents the 2024 Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) preliminary results to the Municipal Local Government Unit of Libertad on 25 July 2025.

LGU Libertad officials, department heads, and representatives from different NGAs attended the presentation of the 2024 CBMS preliminary results.

On behalf of Dr. Randy M. Tacogdoy, Chief Statistical Specialist of PSA Antique, EnP Jeffrey G. Conlu, Senior Statistical Specialist, extended the agency’s gratitude for the continued support and assistance provided by the Municipality of Libertad to PSA. 

Hon. Nobert S. Sualog, Sangguniang Bayan Member, extended the LGU’s appreciation of the CBMS results as it will greatly contribute to identifying the vulnerable sector in the municipality.

EnP Conlu presented the preliminary results and provided detailed data for the highlighted sectors per barangay. The CBMS results were presented based on indicators identified in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Sangguniang Bayan Member, Honorable Nobert S. Sualog, shared the local government unit’s insights on the presented preliminary results. Hon. Sualog emphasized that the CBMS will serve as a crucial input in local development planning, particularly in aligning interventions with the most vulnerable populations.

LGU Libertad has substantial experience with the CBMS, having been selected as one of the pilot municipalities in Antique in the 2022 CBMS.
