In April 2024, the inflation rate was posted at 5.3%. Meanwhile, for the Bottom 30% Income Households in Bacolod City decreased to 1.8% in April from 3.2% in March 2025. In April 2024, the inflation rate was posted at 4.8%.
The inflation rate of Antique of decelerates further to -1.6 percent in April 2025, from -0.1 percent in May 2025. The recorded inflation rate in April 2023 was significantly higher at 6.7 percent.
1. Guimaras Inflation for Bottom 30% Income HHs
The Guimaras inflation for the bottom 30% income HHs slowed further to 0.2 % in April 2025 from 0.7 % in March 2025, bringing the provincial average inflation to 1.6 for low income from January to April 2025. In April 2024, the inflation rate was higher at 8.6 %. (Figure 1 and Table 1)
