SAN JOSE, Antique—The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Antique Provincial Statistical Office holds the 28th Philippine Statistics Quiz – College Level Provincial Elimination at Eagle’s Hotel and Function Hall on 25 October 2024.

The University of Antique – Main Campus was declared the winner of the 28^th PSQ as all three student participants bagged the provincial titles. Kenyon Jason G. Alavera was declared Champion, Mae Franky Z. Huelar took the Second Place, and Precious Lyra R. Ballenas got the Third Place.

Twelve participating students from four state universities and colleges in Antique showcase their answers during the preliminary rounds of the competition.

The winners received trophies, medals, certificates, and cash prizes alongside the privilege of representing the province of Antique at the Regional Elimination on 07 November 2024 in Iloilo City.

In this edition of the PSQ, 12 freshmen students from four academic institutions in the province battled it out and participated in the three rounds of the competition. The participating state universities and colleges include the University of Antique - Main Campus, the University of Antique - Tario Lim Campus, the University of Antique - Hamtic Campus, and Saint Anthony’s College.

The 28^th PSQ—College Level Provincial Elimination is one of the highlights of the 35th National Statistics Month (NSM), which is celebrated annually in October.
