The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) - Iloilo Provincial Statistical Office (IPSO), in coordination with the Local Civil Registry Offices (LCROs) of the municipalities and the component city of Iloilo province, is actively conducting mobile registration for clients with delayed registration of birth certificates.
This initiative is in compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 2024-17 – Additional Guidelines for Delayed Registration of Birth, which mandates that the National ID is a required document for the late registration of birth in the LCROs. Aligned with the PSA’s mission to provide efficient civil registration services and an inclusive identification system, the PSA Iloilo, together with the LCROs, has set up mobile registration schedules across various municipalities and Passi City, the component city of Iloilo province.
This service is specifically designed to assist clients with delayed registration of their Certificate of Live Birth who have not yet registered for the National ID System. The areas that have successfully completed their mobile registration schedules are as follows:
Passi City: 140 registrants
Calinog: 50 registrants
Lambunao: 28 registrants
San Joaquin: 197 registrants
Barotac Nuevo: 195 registrants
