The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) - Iloilo Provincial Statistical Office (IPSO) has begun registering children 1 to 4 years old to the National ID System since 14 February 2024. This is in accordance with the PSA’s organizational goal of providing an inclusive, secure, and sustainable national identification system.

PSA IPSO’s has adapted the initiative of Rehistro Bulilit campaign which encourages parents with children below 5 years old to register to the National ID. It has been a challenge to the registration team the temper of the children below 5 years old during registration. Thus, with this campaign, the team initiates parlor games, give away candies to children in order for a smooth registration flow of the registration process. This has been also an opportunity to the PSO to conduct an Information Education Campaign to the parents the Use Case of the National ID. As of date, we have conducted Rehistro Bulilit Campaign to two barangays – Brgy. Cubay, San Enrique, Iloilo which we have successfully register 36 below 5 years old and Brgy. Bantayan, San Enrique, Iloilo with a registration of 36 for 5 years old below.

For parents or guardians who wish to register their children, they may do so by visiting
