Bugasong, Antique – The Philippine Statistics Authority – Antique Provincial Statistical Office conducted mobile civil registry system (CRS). A total of 218 clients were served and issued 583 civil registry documents during the “Serbisyo kay Juana” in the Municipality of Bugasong on 25 March, in celebration of the National Women’s Month.

Personnel from the PSA Regional Statistical Services Office VI led by Statistical Specialist II Jean Lito Esapol operated the mobile CRS. The initiative allowed the people to obtain their civil registry documents easier and more convenient, without the need to travel to the main CRS outlet in San Jose.

Moreover, individuals who have not registered their birth yet were accommodated and listed under the Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP). The team also address inquiries regarding issues with civil registry documents and provided legal guidance on how to correct any errors in these documents.
