The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Antique bagged the 1^st Place in the Chorale Competition during the 2024 General Assembly of Region 6 held last 06 to 07 December at Grand Xing Hotel, Iloilo City. The event highlighted the talents of all PSA provincial offices in the region.

The PSA Antique Chorale was accompanied by a live band composed entirely of PSA Antique personnel, including both Regular and COSW employees. Their performance included a Kinaray-a song, a Tagalog song, and an English song, showcasing both their versatility and the cultural heritage of the province. Despite their busy schedules, the members found time to practice and prepare.

The competition brought together choral groups from across Region 6, promoting camaraderie among the participants. 

The General Assembly is an annual event organized by PSA Region 6, aimed at fostering collaboration, camaraderie, and knowledge sharing among its provincial offices. This year’s assembly featured various activities, including technical sessions on Cyber Security, Statistics, and Mental Health Awareness; business meetings to discuss major issues, concerns, and plans for 2024; and team-building exercises. The assembly also involved the Chorale Competition and recognition ceremonies honouring retirees and loyal employees.
