PSA Caravan sa Quinto Distrito Part II in Guinpana-an, Moises Padilla on 16 February 2025.

17 FEBRUARY 2025 – FIFTH DISTRICT, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL. The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Negros Occidental, in collaboration with the Fifth District Congressional Office, conducted the PSA Caravan sa Quinto Distrito on February 15-17, 2025, in three of the municipalities of the Fifth District.

The event was organized following the success of the PSA Caravan sa Quinto Distrito that was held in September of the previous year. The three-day service caravan delivered PSA services in the municipalities of Isabela, Moises Padilla, and Binalbagan, which included the National ID Registration and Issuance, Birth Registration Assistance Project, and its main highlight – the SECPA On-Site Printing, where representatives from the PSA Regional Statistical Services Office 06, headed by Statistical Specialist II Jean Lito Esapol, catered real-time requests for civil registry documents like Certificates of Live Birth. Local Civil Registry Offices of the different Local Government Units from the Fifth District of Negros Occidental were also present to provide civil registration services to the participants of the event.
