Nine (9) Local Civil Registry Offices (LCROs) from the municipalities of Buruanga, Ibajay, Kalibo, Libacao, Makato, Malay, Nabas, Numancia, and Tangalan engaged in an intense and exciting battle of wits, showcasing their knowledge in civil registration and vital statistics.

Emerging as this year’s Provincial CRVS Quiz champion was Ms. Saira Jeanne Reportado of LCRO Malay, who accumulated 22 points. Following closely, Ms. Arnie Jane Pascual from LCRO Tangalan secured second place with 16 points, while Ms. Analyn Ibardolaza from LCRO Numancia claimed third place. The winners received certificates and cash prizes in recognition of their achievements.

Non-winning contestants were also awarded certificates of participation and tokens, acknowledging their valuable contributions to the success of the event.

The first and second-place winners will represent the province of Aklan in the regional competition set to take place on 28 February 2025 at the PSA Regional Office in Iloilo City, Iloilo.

Engr. Antonet Catubuan, PSA Aklan Head, extended her heartfelt congratulations to all participants and organizers for making the 2025 CRS Quiz Provincial Elimination a resounding success.
