Amid Enhance Community Quarantine(ECQ), the quarterly Labor Force Survey (LFS)and Consumer Rapid Assessment(CRA) is currently conducted in the Province of Antique. The survey involves 386 sample households from 30 sample barangays in 13 municipalities of the province from April 20 – May 16 this year. PSA - San Jose, Antique- The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) is currently conducting the 2019 Annual Poverty Indicators Survey (APIS 2019) a rider to the July 2019 Labor Force Survey (LFS) nationwide. In Antique, a total of 389 sample households in different municipalities in the province will be interviewed by five (5) hired Statistical Researchers. The said survey will run up to August 15, 2019. PSA - San Jose, Antique- The poverty incidence among Antiqueños families in the first semester of 2018 was estimated at 18.3 percent. This is the proportion of families whose income is below the poverty line to the total number of families in the province. It was estimated at 27.0 percent in the same period in 2015. On the other hand, the poverty incidence among Antiqueño individuals in the first semester of 2018 likewise went down to 24.8 percent from 35.0 percent recorded in 2015. This refers to the proportion of the population living below the poverty line to the total population of Antique. SA - San Jose, Antique- The 2019 Geo-tagging of Building Structures is conducted in the Municipality of Caluya by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Antique Provincial Statistical Office starting April 1 to June 30 of this year. This activity involves 35 enumeration areas and currently carried out by four (4) hired personnel. The geo-tagging of building structures is a nationwide activity of PSA to identify and mark building structures as points in the digitized maps and to attribute these buildings with pertinent geographical information for use in various statistical undertaking of the PSA. Specifically, to name a few purpose, the project aims to come up with accurate, up-to-date, and dynamic digitized enumeration area base maps; to create building registry in the Philippines; to be used as reference and guide in the conduct of several household/establishment-based surveys and censuses; and to be used as guide in the post-census evaluation activities Read more about PSA Antique conducts geotagging of building structures in Caluya .

PSA - San Jose, Antique- The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Antique Provincial Statistical Office will conduct the 2018 Census of Philippine Business and Industry (CPBI) from 03 April to 31 July 2019 covering more than 150 sample establishments provincewide. The CPBI is undertaken every five years to collect and generate information on the levels, structure, performance and trends of economic activities of the formal sector of the economy. The results of the CPBI serve as benchmark information in the measurement of national and regional economic growth. Data to be collected from the CPBI will constitute bases upon which the government and the private sector can formulate policies and programs geared towards economic development.
